Jade Talon
Jade Talon is Iñupiaq and Koyukon Athabascan, with family roots in Rampart and Kiana. She grew up in Southcentral Alaska and now splits her time between Anchorage and Kodiak Island. Jade connects to her heritage through a subsistence lifestyle, fishing, gathering, and honoring seasonal rhythms. She also commercial fishes each summer. As a content creator, she shares stories of Alaska’s culture, community, and everyday life, drawing inspiration from her own culture and Alutiiq/Sugpiaq culture that surrounds her in Kodiak
