The Inside Passage is served by jet via Alaska Airlines to the communities of Yakutat, Juneau, Sitka, Petersburg, Wrangell and Ketchikan. Alaska Airlines also provides seasonal jet service to Gustavus at Glacier Bay National Park. Smaller commuter airlines provide scheduled and charter service to Haines, Skagway and other outlying communities.

The Alaska Marine Highway System serves the following communities in Southeast Alaska: Metlakatla, Gustavus Ketchikan, Hollis, Wrangell, Petersburg, Kake, Sitka, Angoon, Tenakee, Hoonah, Juneau, Haines and Skagway. Daily water taxi service is available between Haines and Skagway. Visit the Getting Around section of the site for more details and links to the ferry and other operators.
