It is illegal to travel with marijuana. You cannot take it on a cruise, ferry or airplane. It cannot be transported in or out of the state.

Consuming on public lands, cruise ships or in hotel lobbies is illegal. Check with your accommodations or tour provider to see if marijuana use is permitted in private areas.

Driving under the influence of marijuana is illegal. Consume Responsibly.
