In Alaska, it's legal for adults 21 and older to possess and use recreational marijuana (from approved marijuana stores)... but there are limits.
You can possess and use recreational marijuana if you are 21 and older. If you are younger, it is illegal.
Licensed marijuana retail stores may sell small amounts of marijuana to recreational users of legal age.
You can possess up to 1 oz of marijuana outside the home.
It is illegal to travel with marijuana. You cannot take it on a cruise, ferry or airplane. It cannot be transported in or out of the state.
Driving under the influence of marijuana is illegal. Consume Responsibly.

In-home growing is limited to 12 plants, out of public view.
