This summer I went to Alaska to visit family. We took a trip to Seward and took a tour of Kenai Fjords National Park. It was spectacular. I saw some amazing scenery and wonderful animals. I would recommend it to anyone.
My sister and I are from Texas, but visited Alaska in May. We drove down to Seward from Anchorage, and loved every minute of the drive...We went on a cruise and saw tons of wild life including whales. My sister's favorite part was going up to a very active glacier and hearing and watching the pieces fall into the water. My favorite part was trying to figure out what type of birds I saw. We stayed and ate halibut for dinner in Seward. It was the most amazing trip I've been on. On the drive back the sun was setting (at like 11:30 at night) and so the whole drive back we watched colors of the sunset bounce off the snow capped mountains. It was amazing!
