Outdoor Gear

The specialized gear you will need to bring will be minimal. Remember that as a rule you will need to dress in layers and when you come don't forget your sunglasses. Even in the wintertime, the Far North can have bright sunlight, and compounded with the snow, can be almost blinding. Any specialized gear needed for tours will most likely be provided by the tour company. Other items not to be forgotten are a camera and binoculars.
